Studio Policies

At Good Pilates, our goal is to create a seamless, elevated experience for every client. Please review our policies before attending class.

Arrival

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in and get settled.

We allow an 8-minute grace period after class begins. After that, the front door may be locked and late entry will not be permitted to ensure the safety of our clients and the flow of class.

Please note: for waitlisted classes, any unclaimed spots will be released to the waitlist 5 minutes after class begins.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added and notified.

If you choose to come to the studio while on the waitlist, please wait until 5 minutes after class begins. Any unclaimed spots will be released at that time.

Students who are moved into class from the waitlist are still subject to the late-cancellation and no-show policies. If plans change and you can no longer attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Cancellations

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) will result in:

  • Loss of class credit (for bookings made with class packs/drop-ins/one week teaser)
  • A $20 late cancel fee (for unlimited memberships)

Private and duet sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Late cancellations will result in the loss of the session credit.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a reserved class:

  • Class pack/Drop-In/One Week Teaser clients will lose the credit and incur a $15 no-show fee
  • Unlimited members will incur a $30 no-show fee

Memberships & Packages

  • All purchases are final sale and non-refundable
  • Class packs and memberships are non-transferable
  • Unlimited memberships are capped at 1 reformer and 1 mat class per day
  • Memberships may be paused up to 2 times per year (max 30 days each) by reaching out to us at info@goodpilatesatx.com

Grip Socks & Attire

Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.

Forgot yours? They are available for purchase in-studio.

Heated Mat Classes

A mat towel that covers the surface of your mat is required for all heated mat classes.

This helps us maintain a clean, hygienic studio environment and ensures a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

You are welcome to bring your own towel, or purchase one in-studio.

Clients without a mat towel may not be permitted to take class.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain the quality of the experience for everyone:

  • Phones should be silenced and stored during class
  • Follow instructor guidance for safety and proper form
  • Be respectful of shared space and fellow clients

Health & Safety

If you are pregnant, injured, or have any medical conditions, please notify your instructor prior to class.

Heated mat classes are not suitable for pregnant clients. We’ll see you in one of our unheated classes!

Door Policy

We understand that life happens, and have an 8-minute grace period for late arrival to class. Entry to class is not permitted after the 8 minute grace period, to ensure client safety and an uninterrupted class experience for all. For building security, the front door may be locked 8 minutes after class begins.

By booking a class, you agree to all studio policies.
