Meet the Founder
Monika Brinkmann is a native Austinite, former Radio City Rockette, and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor (Balanced Body, 500-hour) with advanced training in pre- and post-natal Pilates, Pilates for athletes and dancers, and barre.
After years of teaching in New York City and cultivating a dedicated clientele at leading Pilates studios, Monika developed her own unique method—an athletic, form-focused approach to Pilates grounded in precision, efficiency, and intentional movement—which she is now bringing home to Austin.
Her work blends classical Pilates principles with functional strength and contemporary pacing, emphasizing longevity, strength, and good energy. Each class is designed to challenge the body, sharpen awareness, and support sustainable movement over time.
